Make sure you have OpenJDK Java 6 Runtime and XulRunner-1.9.2 packages installed.
NOTE: Ubuntu 11.10 does not provide the XulRunner-1.9.2
package, so you need to download it from
http://packages.ubuntu.com/natty/xulrunner-1.9.2
and install it using sudo dpkg -i [xulrunner package file name]
NOTE: If you are running GTK 2.18.x (e.g. Ubuntu 9.10) use
the b-folders_run.sh
shell script to start the application. This script sets an environment
variable that activates a workaround for an issue with some buttons not
reacting to the mouse.
