Sync screen
The Sync screen is only needed when syncing over a network - Wi-Fi
or 3G. When syncing over a USB cable, B-Folders for Android is not
involved because the database on the SD card is accessed by B-Folders Desktop running on the computer.
The sync engine is started when you open the Sync screen and stopped when you close the Sync screen.
Peers (B-Folders instances running at different locations) are usually discovered automatically and displayed on the Sync screen.
To manually add a peer, press the Add peer button. Press & hold on a manually added peer to delete it or change its details.
IMPORTANT: NEVER put the device to sleep mode by pressing the Power key just before or during a sync session.
NOTE: Close the Sync screen when it is not needed to conserve battery power.
NOTE: Automatically discovered peers cannot be deleted or changed.

On the Settings screen, you can provide the specific port and name of this peer. |
